Beef Stew

Ingredients (Serves 2)
• Beef tendon (cut into bite size) 250 g
• A small amount of salt and pepper
• Flour 1.5 tbsp
• Onion (cut into bite size) 1/2
• Carrot (large cut) 1/2

• BULL-DOG VEGETABLE FRUIT SAUCE(TONKATSU SAUCE) 3 tbsp
• Red wine 1 glass

• 1 bay leaf
• Stock powder 1 tsp
• Butter 10 grams

• Salad 1 tablespoon

Method
1. Sprinkle the beef with salt and pepper and sprinkle with flour.
2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and roast beef over medium heat.
3. Add onion, carrot and stir fry.
4. Add tomato sauce and BULL-DOG VEGETABLE FRUIT SAUCE(TONKATSU SAUCE) and fry again.
5. Add red wine to evaporate the alcohol.
6. Add 【a】, cover and pressurize for 20 minutes.
7. After the pressure disappears, open the lid and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the butter.

Chicken with Pickled Vegetables

Ingredients (1 serving)
• Chicken thigh (thin cut with excess fat removed) 1 piece
• A pinch of salt and pepper
• Tablespoon olive oil 1/2
• Eggplants (1cm thick slit) 2
• Red pepper, Yellow pepper (cut into two equal parts and remove the seeds) 1 each

Method
1. Heat a frying pan and sear the surface of the chicken with oil.
2. Roast the eggplant and green peppers until browned, peel the green peppers and cut them in half.

Eggplant and Pork Donburi

Ingredients (Serves 2)
• 2 eggplants
• Pork belly 160g
• BULL-DOG VEGETABLE FRUIT SAUCE(TONKATSU SAUCE) 100g
• Salad oil 2 tbsp
• Ginger 10g
• Rice 2 bowls

Production Method
1. Cut the eggplant at will, remove the astringency, and dry the water with a paper towel
