Teriyaki Sauce

Stir fried salmon and vegetable

 

Ingredients :
●90g Salmon
●100g Potatoes
●20g Red bell pepper
●20g Yellow bell pepper
●30g Baby leaf
●30g Mushroom
●5g Garlic chip
●20g Butter
●30g TERIYAKI SAUCE


(1)Marinade salmon in "TERIYAKI SAUCE" for 20 min.
(2)Cover it with potato starch.
(3)Deep fry it 2 min.
(4)Stir fry all ingredients with butter and "TERIYAKI SAUCE".
