Regular Soy Sauce

 

Green Peas and Bacon Steamed Rice Seasoned with Soy Sauce

 

Ingredients :
●2 bowls Steamed rice
●100g Green peas (with pods)
●1/6 pcs Onion
●1 pcs Green pepper
●30g Bacon
●1/2 clove Garlic
●1/2 tablespoon "Sake" (rice cooking wine)
●2 teaspoons REGULAR SOY SAUCE
●a pinch Salt, Pepper
●1 teaspoon Vegetable oil

 

(1)Remove green peas from pods, and mince onion. Remove hull and seeds from green pepper. Cut the green pepper and bacon into 1cm dice. Finely chop garlic.

 

(2)Put vegetable oil, garlic, and onion in a frying pan, and stir-fry. Once the onion is half cooked, add the bacon and green peas.

 

(3)Once the vegetables are cooked, add the green pepper and “sake” (rice cooking wine) to steam-fry. Pour "REGULAR SOY SAUCE" and stir-fry. Turn down the heat and combine with steamed rice. Season with salt and pepper.
