Marunama Ponzu

Salad with boiled pork

 

Ingredients :
120g Pork (paper-sliced)
30g Baby leaf
1/2 pcs Cucumber
2 pcs Radish
Green Shiso to taste
"Myoga" (Japanese ginger) to taste
50ml Yamasa Marunama Ponzu

1) Boil water in a pan, add thinly sliced pork, sufficiently boil it and drain the water.
2) Peel the cucumber and slice the radish thinly.
3) Cut Japanese basil and Japanese ginger into julienne.
4) Put leaf on the bowl, serve Step1 and Step2, topping Step3, and sprinkle "Marunama Ponzu".
