Marunama W Oroshi Ponzu

Fried Chicken with Oroshi Ponzu

 

Ingredients :
●240g Chicken thigh
●1/4 purple onion
●1/2 cucumber
●1/4 carrot
●Radish sprouts (or sprouts) 1/2 pack
●Salt and pepper to taste
●1 tablespoon sake
●1 tbsp Shanzi brand soy sauce
●Ginger (grated) 1/2 tablespoon
●Potato starch moderate amount
●Appropriate amount of frying oil
●YAMASA W (Double) Oroshi Ponzu to taste


1) Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and soak them in the condiments (Soy Sauce 2tbsp, Sake 1tbsp, Grated ginger 1/2tbsp, salt and pepper) for at least 30 minutes.
2) Shred the purple onions, cucumbers and carrots and expose the purple onions to water.
3) Lightly drain the water from STEP 1 with paper, add starch and fry in oil.
4) Spread Step2 on a bowl, serve Step3, and sprinkle with " Marunama Oroshi Ponzu".
